This document outlines the mutual commitments between you (henceforth referred to as “Client”or “Customer”) and Adon Detail Mobile Detailing LLC (henceforth referred to as “Adon Detail”, “service provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) concerning your purchase of our services. By scheduling or utilizing Adon Detail’s services, you are consenting to abide by these terms without
At Adon Detail, we are equipped to provide exceptional detailing services under various weather conditions, including but not limited to rain.
Given the meticulous nature of our work and the scale of our operations, cancellations or rescheduling can have a significant impact. Therefore, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to allocate your slot to another customer and helps you avoid incurring a cancellation fee of $35. The terms and conditions outlined below are applicable to all scheduled
appointments:
● Aminimumof48hours notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any service or appointment.
● AdonDetail retains the authority to cancel or reschedule based on staff availability, adverse weather conditions, or equipment malfunction.
● If the vehicle or keys are not available at the designated time and location for the service, Adon Detail may cancel the appointment. Such instances will be treated as a breach of our cancellation policy, incurring an $35 charge.
● Appointments made using gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policy. A no-show or late cancellation will result in the automatic redemption of the certificate for an $35 fee, as per the guidelines of our cancellation policy
Operating & Moving Your Vehicle
You, the Customer, agree to provide Adon Detail with access to your vehicle for the duration of the detailing service and any other times agreed upon. It is your responsibility to ensure that the keys to the vehicle are accessible to our staff. By accepting this agreement, you grant authorization to Adon Detail personnel to operate and move your vehicle as deemed necessary by our technicians for the completion of the detailing service.
Detail Time Limit
Each detailing service offered by Adon Detail is allocated a specific time frame for completion. The duration of service is based on the unique time limits assigned to each package, excluding any additional services. Additional services will extend the base package duration according to the times listed below. The time tracking for your service begins once the technician has completed the initial client check-in and set up their equipment. The time limits for our standard packages are as follows:
● Silver Package: 2.5 hours
● titanium Package: 3.5 hours
● Diamondshowroom Package: 4.5 hours
Time management for detailing services will be at the sole discretion of the assigned Adon
Detail technician.
Adon Detail is committed to delivering exceptional quality services. The expected outcomes for our detailing services are proportionate to the frequency with which your vehicle has been previously detailed. We estimate the vehicle’s condition post-service relative to a ‘like new’ state as follows:
● Detailed within the past year: Approximately 75% of new condition.
● Detailed 1-2 years ago: About 70% of new condition.
● Detailed 2-3 years ago: Roughly 65% of new condition.
● Detailed 3-4 years ago: Close to 60% of new condition.
● Detailed 4-5 years ago: Estimated 55% of new condition.
● Detailed 5-6 years ago: Expected 50% of new condition.
● Detailed 6-7 years ago: Anticipated 45% of new condition.
● Detailed 7-8 years ago: Predicted 40% of new condition.
● Detailed 8-9 years ago: Projected 35% of new condition.
● Detailed 9-10 years ago: Foreseen 30% of new condition.
● Detailed over 10 years ago: Presumed to reach 25% of new condition.
Please note that these estimates serve as a guideline. The actual results can vary depending on the vehicle’s condition and other factor
Quality of Service
Adon Detail is committed to your satisfaction. We aim to deliver high-quality service; however, it is not guaranteed that our services will restore your vehicle to its original or new condition. Our dedicated team will put forth their best effort to refurbish your vehicle to the highest standard possible, within the limits of our resources, time, and expertise. Upon completion of our service, we conduct a comprehensive final inspection with you to ensure your satisfaction. Should you have any concerns about the quality of service after we have departed, we urge you to reach out to us within 24 hours. This allows us to promptly address and rectify any issues. Adon Detail will not be held responsible for any complaints made after the 24-hour period post-service or if the final inspection was not completed with an Adon Detail technician.
Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions, and Damage
Adon Detail and its contractors are dedicated to handling your vehicle with the utmost care. While we take every precaution and pride ourselves on our professionalism and expertise, we cannot assume liability for any damage that occurs to the vehicle while under our supervision. To date, our safety record is impeccable with no accidents. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during our detailing process, we will immediately inform you of the incident. By electing to use our services, you agree to not hold Adon Detail LLC accountable for any damage that pre-dates our detailing work. Adon Detail’s liability for any incidents is limited strictly to the total service charge of the detailing job in question.
Fees, Terms of Service, and Payment Terms
The charge for our services will be the amount specified as the “Total Cost” in the final pricing agreement. The service term corresponds to the time frame we have allocated to complete the detailing work you have requested, and it is not a guarantee of a specific result. There may be instances where the job extends beyond the scheduled time. Adon Detail reserves the right to levy an additional fee of $45 per hour if the detailing service significantly exceeds the anticipated duration, at our discretion. This additional charge is generally applicable to vehicles that require more time than the standard package allotment. We will notify you about any potential extra charges either before commence the service or during the detailing process, should the need arise
Providing Feedback & Photos
Your feedback is crucial to us. We welcome you to share your thoughts, whether they are commendations or concerns, by emailing us at info@adondetail.com . Your input is invaluable as it helps us to continually improve our services. Additionally, Adon Detail reserves the right to utilize images of your vehicle for promotional purposes. These images may be displayed on our official website or across our social media platforms. Rest assured, any photographs used will not include your personal information
Termination of Service
Adon Detail reserves the right to discontinue any ongoing or planned maintenance plans or services with clients if it is determined that the client-company relationship is not conducive to our operational standards. This decision is at the sole discretion of Adon Detail Mobile Auto Detailing LLC. Circumstances that may lead to service termination include, but are not limited to, circumventing our company processes to engage directly with Adon Detail employees,
disrespectful behavior towards our staff, or any other reasons that we deem justifiable for ending the service.
Adon Detail Changes
Adon Detail maintains the authority to alter this statement at any given time. Should there be any amendments to this Service Agreement, they will be documented in this section. Adon Detail does not commit to a schedule of updating these materials.
I Understand That
By choosing Adon Detail for your vehicle’s care, you acknowledge that:
● AdonDetail does not promise any particular outcomes as a result of our services.
● Your payment is for the time allocated for services rendered on your vehicle, and not for any specific end result.
● AdonDetail’s liability is limited to the total charge of the detailing service provided.
● Should the service extend beyond the expected time frame, Adon Detail may apply an additional fee of $45 per hour, which will be communicated to you prior to incurring any additional costs.
● Deposits are non-refundable as they are used to procure materials specifically for your service.
● All sales are considered final upon completion of the service.
